	A PayPal account is required to received commission payments from us. You can proceed without a PayPal account, however we require you to provide one to receive payment from us.

Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Stray Ltd, Spaceships Ltd and Spaceships Global Ltd (hereby referred to as Stray and Spaceships), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Stray and Spaceships service as an affiliate. By registering as an affiliate you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. The cookie retention period is 60 days. This means you get credit for purchases up to 60 days after a person clicks through from your website to Stray or Spaceships’ websites. This means you can earn a commission even when a person decides not to purchase a product the first time they visit Stray or Spaceships’ websites. (a) Affiliate commissions are held until a deposit is verified. We will not process your commission until we have confirmed the booking request or a deposit has been received. (b) The initial commission rate is 7% on all confirmed bookings. You receive 7% of the nett booking amount (the booking value less tax). Depending on booking volume new commission rates can be negotiated. (c) The minimum payout is $100. You need to earn at least $100 of commission before you are eligible to receive a payment. All affiliate commissions are added up and carried forward each month until this low payment threshold is reached. NOTE: the average commission for a Spaceship booking is $98 and for Stray is $35 so you’ll only need a couple of bookings to get paid. (d) The first affiliate link to send the visitor gets the credit. This means, if a customer enters Stray or Spaceships’ site through an affiliate link then at a later date enters through a second affiliate link (within the 60 day period) the initial link will still get the commission for any bookings. (e) Commission payment notification emails are available and can be enabled in your access area. This will email you a notification each time you earn an affiliate payment. 2. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales that start during the term. 3. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. We will advise all affiliates prior to any changes. 4. We will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. 5. We will not pay commissions to affiliates whom we believe participate in the sending of unsolicited email (SPAM); violate the terms and conditions of Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines; or use spyware, adware or parasiteware techniques for driving traffic. We reserve the right to research and investigate affiliates and their activities and, at our own discretion, determine whether or not these or any other unethical practices are in place. You may not sublease out our brands, links or banners to any other website, individual or company at any time. This agreement will be cancelled immediately if you are found in violation of this policy and you will forfeit all commissions.
